We are changing the way that hydrogen fuel is reimbursed to you! In just a few short weeks, you will receive a new Hyundai Hydrogen Fuel Card that will enable you to refuel at retail hydrogen stations. The best news is that you will never have to submit receipts again because the new card is exclusively for your use at retail hydrogen stations.
Effective November 27, 2019, there is a temporary reimbursement process until you receive your new card. You may submit any new hydrogen fuel receipts one of two ways:

Simply reply to the email Hyundai sent to you on November 27th and attach your receipts to the email.

Visit the Hyundai “Contact Us” page at https://owners.hyundaiusa.com/us/en/contact-us.html
1) Select “Update Existing Case”
2) Enter the Case Number located in the subject heading of the email sent to you by Hyundai on November 27th, as well as your last name and the email address associated with this vehicle.
3) Submit your receipts by uploading your receipts (10 maximum receipts per submission)

Once receipts are validated, your reimbursement will be issued via electronic payments through Zelle®. For more information about Zelle®, please visit https://www.zellepay.com/
If you still have an available balance on your existing card account, please make sure you use the funds before the card expiration date printed on the front of your card. Monthly maintenance fees will be applied upon expiration.
